Viewing Guardian list or adding new Guardians to Student Portals

Parents and Guardians can have their own “Guardian” portal for easy viewing of one or more Student Portals.

View Guardian List

1. Select “Settings” from the side-panel and then “Guardians.”

2. The Guardian List will appear showing Guardian information for any student who has one or more Guardians. 

3. Use the search window to find a particular student or Guardian.

4. To view the Student Portal assigned to a Guardian, click on the Guardian’s name.

Add New Guardians to Student Portals

To add a new Guardian (e.g. during a parent meeting or parent-teacher conference) select the [+ New Guardian] button and then:

5. Enter the Guardian’s name, email, and phone number (optional);

6. Click on the “Students” window;

7. Select the correct student from the drop down list;

8. Check the box if the Guardian wants weekly email reminders to check their student’s portal;

9. Click the “Save” button.
