Sorry, there seems to be a bug in the code that occasionally blocks the lists of student names from loading into the app. Unfortunately, this also effects the ability of the user to logout of the account.
On iOS devices:
- Double click the Home button to show your list of running programs and slide E4Effort out.
- Reopen E4Effort and Sign In (if prompted).
- You may have to repeat these steps a few times before the classes load.
On Android devices – not sure how you see a list of running programs – but do the same steps as about and I’ll check in to it…
