CHECK 1: Editing an existing Term or creating a new Term
I. Edit an existing Term
If you have a Clever or Classroom-synced account, you should check the dates on the default Term that was created to see if the dates should be changed.
To see the Term associated with a Course, open the desired Course. The name and dates for the Term assigned to the Course are shown at the top (see # 1 in the image). From the window (#2), the user may change the Term of the selected Course or filter data to show time segments such as “Last 7 days, Last 14 days,” etc. To edit a current Term or create a new Term choose Terms from the side-panel (#3).
Then select the edit button (4), and adjust the Term dates (5) or change Term name (6).
II. Creating a new Term
To create a new Term, select the “+New Term” button (shown at the upper-right corner of the first image). Next, enter the name, dates, and estimated school days. Lastly, select any Courses (6) to which the new Term should be applied and then select the Save button (7). Note, when saved, the new Term will immediately be applied to all selected Courses. To change the Term designation, open a Course and click on the Term window (#2 in the fist image).
