From the Home page of the Scoring App you can:
1. Select a course
2. Navigate to Settings
3. View short summaries of each of the effort categories
4. View the Help Center at E4Effort.com
To reach the Home page from inside the Scoring App:
5. Click on the menu bars
6. Choose the Home button
