When you sign up for E4Effort, you will automatically get the TeacherDashboard (#1 in the image), and Student Portals (#2) (Silver and Gold plans), but you will need to do the following to obtain the Teacher Scoring App (3). The Scoring App works on smartphones, tablets, and Chromebooks.
I. Clever or Google Classroom-synced Accounts

II. Regular Account
