How to add Guardians to your Student Portal

Parents and Guardians can have their own Guardian portal for easy viewing of one or more student portals.

(If a Guardian has multiple students with E4Effort student portals, all students can be grouped to one Guardian portal – see How to add more students to your Guardian portal).

Step 1:  Select the Guardian button from the side panel of student portal.

Step 2:  From the Guardians List page, select the “add New Guardian” button

Step 3:  Fill in Guardian information and save.

An email will be sent to you with instructions and a temporary password.
