Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to E4Effort Inc. and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to E4Effort Inc. include www.e4effort.com, app.e4effort.com, Service, and all aspects of the E4Effort System (including: the scoring app, the teacher dashboard, and the student portal). The E4Effort website is an ecommerce site. By using the E4Effort website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information (see also, Terms of Service)
E4Effort may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name or email address.
E4Effort does not collect or store billing information such as credit card information or mailing addresses. Billing is handled through Stripe (https://stripe.com/)
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by E4Effort. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Service, to maintain quality of the Service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the E4Effort website.
Security of your Personal Information
E4Effort secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. All transmitted data between users and our servers is done using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL is a cryptographic protocol that provides end-to-end encryption and integrity for all web requests.

E4Effort (specifically app.e4effort.com) collects and uses your email as a username to deliver the Services you have requested.
E4Effort may also use your email to inform you of updates to its products or services. E4Effort may also contact you via email to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
E4Effort does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

E4Effort may keep track of the pages our users visit within E4Effort.com, in order to determine the effectiveness of the E4Effort website.

Data Privacy Agreement
Access to a student’s Effort portal is available to the student, his or her parents, guardian, and other approved adults. Approved access users will be able to view a student’s portalquickly and as often as they like. Effort scoring data is updated in real time. We have taken necessary steps to maintain the confidentiality of the student data. Employees and other appropriate school district representatives will be able to access E4Effort scoring data if they need access as part of their job. We may release the information to program auditors from both the state and federal government or if a court order or law requires us to release the information. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE E4EFFORT SYSTEM IS SUBJECT TO VARIATIONS AS LIVE DATA IS ENTERED, DELETED AND/OR CHANGED. I CONFIRM THAT I WILL KEEP MY ACCESS CODE SECURE. I ALSO CONFIRM THAT I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF STUDENT DATA AND WILL THEREFORE BE DISCERNING WITH DATA OBTAINED USING MY ACCESS CODE OR USERNAME AND PASSWORD. I FURTHER CONFIRM THAT I UNDERSTAND THAT I DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO ANY PROPRIETY SOFTWARE USED IN CREATING OR DISSEMINATING DATA UNDER THE E4EFFORT SYSTEM AND I WILL NOT COPY, REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE, OR DISASSEMBLE ANY CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY, OR COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL AVAILABLE THROUGH THE E4EFFORT SYSTEM.
